This episode is a little life hack you can use to help get motivated. On the really good days AND the really bad days we can truly work with our perspective. “Bad” days will have us in a very reactive state. We will feel we are not receiving from others, a state of needing, or a state of wanting. Proactive is much different. It says what am I doing or giving, it’s not about what I am receiving or wanting. We can use this “trick” to always turn a tough day into a good day.
